By downloading or using the Bravery app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Specifically, you agree not to misuse any user tasks, challenges, or community features provided in the App.
All content, trademarks, and data on the App, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of RealPixel or its licensors and are protected by law. This includes all structured tasks and challenges that form part of the App’s functionality.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant RealPixel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the App. This includes any tasks, progress notes, or personal achievements shared within the App environment.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes how we handle and secure personal and task-related data.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or misuse any of the Bravery challenges or peer-to-peer features.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included. This includes the availability of specific tasks, challenges, or support features.
In no event shall RealPixel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to any losses arising from reliance on the App's guidance in personal development or other areas.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealPixel and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App, especially as it pertains to Bravery tasks and challenges.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions, to allow for worldwide use.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
